Each model appearing in a shoot needs a release signed. Those can be retrieved by:

ModelForm.ChooseYourAttitude.com

This form will be sent to the team, and a proper release form will be forwarded to get signed.

Once the Model sends the Model Release form, our team will then personalize the Model Release and forward it on to be signed. They will receive a email from BetterPropposals.io which will include their Model Release. To the right is a example of what they will receive.
