When searching assets, you click the funnel. The funnel will then display the search options. Clicking the Custom Fields allows you to search in a more detailed manner for the information our team has logged with adding these assets.

Keywords are auto generated for each item thats uploaded into the system. These do not include some of the more detailed features. Here you can see this image was auto keyworded. These attributes would be brought up when doing a general search.

Scrolling down below that you will find the content details or the more specific Brand Details our team logs.

• ☐ Box for our use

• Category Type: This shows what platform the item was intended for. Social Media, Product Pages, Website, Etc.

• Asset Type: Post, Stories, Product Image #, Banner, Cover Pic, Profile Pic, Etc.

• ALPHA/Transparent ☐: If its a transparent image

• Raw Files Available ☐: Shares if that item has RAW files available

• Products: Shares what products are in that asset.

• Photographer/Creator: Shares the artist of that asset

• Models: Shares anyone in the photo.

• Copyright Expiration Date: This is the expiration date of the asset if given one by copyright agreement.
